Registration and participation conditions for the Circle of Sisters - With the Moon through the Year

Conditions of registration and participation:


Course fee for the annual course consisting of five course days from 10 a.m. to approx. 7 p.m.:

If the full fee is paid before the start of the course: 750,- €


An agreement to pay in installments is possible, with five installments of €155 each, due one week before the course day. In this case, a clear, written contract will be concluded in which you sign that you have understood and accepted the conditions of participation regarding the cancellation policy (in particular, that if the participant cancels the course, the remaining installments are still due, as the place in an ongoing course cannot be filled).


When registering, I ask for a deposit of 20% of the total fee, i.e. 150,- € for a one-off payment, 155,- € for payment in installments.

Please transfer this to my account (recipient: Catherine Weitzdörfer) with the reference “Women’s Circle Annual Group Payment (+ Your Name)”:

This means that your place is reserved for you. If you have registered but no deposit has been paid, I reserve the right to reassign the place.


The remaining amount of €600 if you choose a one-off payment must be paid one week before the start of the course, also by bank transfer to the above account.

If you choose to pay in installments, the remaining four instalments must be transferred one week before the next course day.



Resignation:

Free of charge up to four weeks before the start of the course. Any deposit already paid will be refunded less a processing fee of €10.

If you cancel between four weeks and 14 days before the course begins, 50% of the participation fee will be due, unless the cancelling participant provides a replacement participant. In this case, no costs will be incurred except for a processing fee of €5 for a possible refund of the deposit.

Less than 14 days before the start of the course: The full course fee is due unless a replacement participant is provided.

Cancellations must be made in writing. The deadline is the date on which I receive the cancellation.


Withdrawal is not possible during the course. If a participant cancels the course, the fee cannot be refunded and outstanding installments must still be paid. If individual days cannot be attended, the fee cannot be refunded in part either.


Cancel:

If the course does not take place, any fees already paid will be refunded in full. No further claims can be made.

If I have to cancel an appointment due to illness, for example, an alternative date will be agreed upon with all participating women, on which the course day will be held.

Liability:

You take part in this course at your own risk and responsibility; the organizer assumes no liability.
